We heard about the Punta Chame area. It is in the dry arc of Panama, 22 miles of beaches and with a new paved road. There are numerous new projects starting in the area.

That's a nice cheap condo! I wish I had that kind of money, not only to buy it but to fly to Panama every so often to enjoy it! Too bad, though... But one day I hope to be able to afford that kind of stuff!

That property looks really nice. And the security makes it worth the price. Is it usually standard that furniture is included or offered as a package in Central and South America? Seems like I usually see it offered.

Oh, I heard about this new Panama development. I heard it's gorgeous, and the beaches are amazing! $79 000 isn't so much, and we could buy it with our parents and share its occupancy! I'm very interested.

Panama is the new paradise for vacation condo owners. I've been there but I stayed in a backpacker hostel instead of renting an expensive condo. Well, one day they won't be expensive anymore, but in the meantime I'll keep on dreaming about my own property in a tropical country!
